OUR MARDI GRAS CELEBRATIONS
New Mobilians Club holds a festive event reflecting the Mardi Gras celebration in Mobile, Alabama. The event is set with a different theme each year. The theme is featured with a Crew enacting a play, parody presentation coinciding with the adapted theme. Under our EVENTS Tab you will be able to review a photo collage of the Queen for the year, decorative sets for dining tables, overall presentation and depiction of the yearly theme.
Dancing, dinner, refreshments and levity are part of the evening celebration. Equitable costs for the event are targeted to allow all members an opportunity to attend without breaking the bank. Fun, fellowship, concern for fellow members are the objectives of the club which is carried as a driving theme.
Along with the club's selection of "Queen" for the event, maids are also selected by the membership to be part of the "Queens" court.
